Turn Time Around Run Club

Time is turning and days are getting longer, the light that carries us from winter to summer is getting stronger every day. The need for more power is constantly growing and when there is more light there needs to be more movement. Human motion and movement to create a space where we can re-up and reboot our energy levels.

We see our run clubs as one of those places, a space where we integrate and move together with our tribe. Where we create a happening filled with movement for your body, movement that transforms to endorphins for your mind and friendships that evolve when we as a tribe connect and grow together.

It’s a platform to strengthen your health and refill your batteries, a place to make new friends and set new goals. For this journey we have recruited a crew that can guide us on our quest. They’re runners who can spark the ignition and start the mission with us and lead by example. We know them as Manne Forssberg and Billy White. Two gentlemen with a running as a pillar in their life.

Manne Forssberg is a motivated runner, writer, speaker and podcast-host. He’s known for his two great podcasts ”Pappapodden” and ”Springsnyggtpodden” as well as his books, where ”Pappalogi” is his most recent one. In his podcasts he focus on relationships, kids, health and exercise and his ongoing goal to be a good human.

Billy White is a friend of Spektrum who has two passions: trail running and delicious food. Billy has a background in fine dining and has worked at “Fäviken”, ”Matbaren” at “Rosendals Trädgård”. In addition to food, he has a passion for running, and he can now call himself a 100-mile trail runner. Billy will cook and serve us a few delicious dishes and share his vision on food, life and running and talk about his book ”Eat, run, Enjoy!”

We hope that these two good people will inspire you and give you new views and insights on how to eat and move throughout the spring. A small push to turn your time around.
